About Us

We are a local eco-homewares business in South Australia. We attribute our reputation to providing a quality upcycled product to our customers and building lasting customer relationships which we’ve developed over the years.

The Etched Glass Jar is about creating unique Homeware Collections from Reclaimed Glass and other materials.  Our passion for the environment inspires us to create functional, stylish eco-home accents to help you live a more sustainable life while still maintaining your style.

We are a two-person Artisan team creating our pieces from our home studio in the leafy foothills of Kaurna Land, South Australia.  Each vessel is hand-cut from an array of reclaimed bottles, jars, and timber which we have personally collected over time.  Our pieces are distinctively refined using Artistic Decorative Sand-etching.

Our pieces range from candleholders to soap dispensers with our most popular refined pieces being Twinkle Light Table Lamps, Glass Tumblers, and Glass Lanterns.

Through our continued sustainability efforts, a great portion of the energy we use to create our products is produced using solar energy from our onsite solar system.

We are proud to have a small part in reducing landfill waste across South Australia and have been doing just that for the past 8 years.
